Booking a package requires the payment of the total package amount. In case you wish to cancel your reservation up to one week before, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations from 7 days to one day before the trip, the refund amounts to 50% of the initial amount, while same-day cancellations do not entitle you to a refund. Any cancellation made by us at any time includes a full refund of your payment.
