The blueadventure.gr website includes the online store of the MICHAEL KOUMIANAKIS company. This website enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed directly about the services offered by our company, as well as to book services online.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
In order to carry out any transaction through the online store (e-shop) of MICHAEL KOUMIANAKIS and to place orders for the company’s services, the disclosure of some personal information will be requested from the customer’s side. When placing an order, we will ask for your full name, billing address for the order, invoicing information (if payment by invoice has been selected), a contact telephone number, your electronic address (e-mail).

CAN MY DETAILS BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES/OTHER COMPANIES?
This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer and in no way will they be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, except if the procedure defined by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations deriving from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated. Your credit card details are entered directly into the bank’s secure environment and our company does not retain or know any of your credit card details.

4. PRICES OF SERVICES
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each service include VAT (24%), while the online store blueadventure.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

5. ORDERING SERVICES
The user has the right to enter into a valid order through the online store, as long as he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (as long as he has completed the eighteenth year of age and is not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract).

6. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve a package, payment of the total amount of the package is required. If you wish to cancel your reservation up to a week before you will receive a full refund.

In case of cancellation from 7 days to one day before the trip, the refund amounts to 50% of the initial amount.
Cancellation on the same day does not result in a refund.
Cancellation of the trip by us at any time includes a full refund of your money.
