  • Booking a package requires the payment of the total package amount.
  • In case you wish to cancel your reservation up to one week before, you will receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations from 7 days to one day before the trip, the refund amounts to 50% of the initial amount.
  • Same-day cancellations do not entitle you to a refund
  • Any cancellation made by us at any time includes a full refund of your payment .
